ORDERS AND SHIPPING

 

Payment Methods

 

We accept the following payment methods through our Site and our credit card vendor’s secure check-out and payment systems:

 

Credit Cards—American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and other payment methods accepted by our credit card payment processor, Stripe, Inc.  All credit card transactions are subject to verification prior to acceptance and shipping of your order.

Colors

 

We attempt to display the colors of our merchandise shown in our store as accurately as possible. However, because a computer monitor’s or other device’s

display may vary the colors shown, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

Quantity Limits

​

We are a retailer and not a wholesaler.  We do not sell to individuals or dealers for the purpose of resale to others. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject an order or otherwise limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. In addition, in some cases, certain types, colors, or patterns of merchandise may be made available in limited supply or for limited times.  We reserve the right to make all decisions related to quantity limits or product availability at our sole discretion at any time.

Domestic (U.S. Orders) Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days, but there may be some exceptions, particularly with respect to course or Program materials (as defined below). How fast your order is delivered from there depends on where it's going and current carrier delivery times. Shipping time delivery estimates begin from shipment date rather than from order date.

Free Shipping for Program Materials in the U.S.

 

We are pleased to offer FREE Domestic Shipping via USPS Media Mail for all Program (as defined below) materials placed within the United States. The standard delivery time for USPS Media Mail is currently 2-8 business days from the date of shipping, depending upon your zip code.  This standard delivery time stated herein is based on current information about Media Mail delivery times from USPS, but is subject to change based on USPS processing times that are beyond our control.

If USPS gives us an error message regarding the address provided in your order, we will write to you at the email address you provide in your order to request an alternate address to prevent the item from being shipped and returned to us. This may delay delivery of your order. 

 

If your package is returned to us, we will contact you for further instructions.  Re-sending the package may incur shipping charges to you, and any active free shipping offers do not apply to re-sending returned packages.

International Orders, Shipping and Taxes

 

International Orders

International Taxes

If you place an order with us from outside the United States, such International shipments do not include country import taxes and duties such as VAT or GST. Please be aware that your country may charge you these taxes in order to pick up your package.

 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

For Programs You Sign Up for and Program Materials

We accept cancellation of sign-ups for all courses, classes, seminars, workshops, or other programs that we offer that you sign up to participate in (collectively, “Programs”) until the start time of any such Program.  If you do not cancel your sign-up for any Program before the start time of the Program, no cancellations will be processed at that time and no refunds will be given.

 

We also do not accept returns of any physical Program-related materials, such as workbooks and the like, and no refunds will be given at any time for Program-related materials.

 

For Other Physical Products

We accept returns of products for 30 days of the date of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by either your name and order number or a copy of the order email confirmation provided to you confirming that your order was placed.


There are certain situations where a refund or exchange may not be granted (if applicable): 
- Products with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase or cancellation after the commencement of the Program

 

We only replace product items if they are defective or damaged through causes that are not beyond our control.  If you need to exchange/replace an item for the same item, contact us at InfoAtBeWell@gmail.com for further information and instructions. 

 

Refunds (if product is returned within 30 days or Program has not yet started) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

With respect to the cancellation of a Program you have purchased to participate in, if you cancel your participation before the start time of the Program, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to cancel and whether or not we have approved or rejected (due to untimely cancellation request) your refund request with respect to such cancellation.

 

If your product return or Program cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, please contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company.  If you have checked with your credit card company and allowed the requisite amount of days for your refund to be processed by your credit card company and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at InfoAtBeWell@gmail.com.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at InfoAtBeWell@gmail.com and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned or exchanged product to reach you or us, as applicable, may vary. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you are shipping products to us worth over $50 for return or exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item from your shipping company.
