That is the question. I had a few of you ask about the daily TO BE Lists I post on Instagram (be sure to follow me HERE to see what the heck I am talking about).
I started doing this several months back. Why? Well, I saw the need to set intentions for the day. I want to have some ammo behind my list of things to do. Sometimes they are mundane, sometimes they are funny, sometimes they get you thinking. I have since mentored several 100 people and had them do the same. At first, some of them complained about the task, but as they got the hang of it they realized the power in setting daily intentions!
We all found that these simple steps are very critical in our journey to success. It has helped serve as a guide to our days.
Many of us take it a step further and we finish the day off with a list of FOUR THINGS WE ARE THANKFUL FOR. This simple act of topping off our days with gratitude is making all the difference for many of us.
