Who doesn't love a good ol' Dutch Baby (aka, German Pancake)? I've been playing around with them and perfected a gluten free AND sugar free option.

Can you believe it? It looks perfect and tastes perfect too. This is perfect for you to add to your Fall breakfast line up.

Maybe whip up some pumpkin infused whipped cream? Sprinkle cinnamon and pumpkin spice into the batter...YUMMERS!

Wondering about the namesake? Here's a bit of a history lesson:

While these pancakes are derived from the German pancake dish, it is said that the name Dutch baby was coined by one of Victor Manca's daughters, where "Dutch" perhaps was her corruption of the German autonym deutsch. Manca's Cafe claimed that it owned the trademark for Dutch babies in 1942.

Here's the recipe!

Please let me know what you think! Happy cookin'!
